These alternate accommodations were of poor quality and lacked the basic amenities clearly listed in the package. Overall, this experience showed a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for customers. The wide gap between promises made and actual services delivered ruined what should have been an enjoyable trip. I had expected far better professionalism, customer care, and ethical business practices from a platform like Travel Triangle and its partners. Based on this experience, I will not be recommending their services to anyone and would strongly urge others to exercise caution before booking.
